➡ ഗ്രന്ഥിക്കുള്ളിൽ കാണപ്പെടുന്ന അന്ത്രസാവി കോശങ്ങളെയാണ് Islets of Langer Hans എന്ന് വിളിക്കുന്നത് 
➡ ഇൻസുലിൻ, ഗ്ലൂക്കഗോൺ എന്നിവയാണ് ഐലെറ്റ്സ്  ഉത്പാദിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഹോർമോണുകൾ
